Passion ignites my soul
As your tongue touches mine...
I move my hand to yours,
Our fingers entwine.

I open my eyes...

My hopes float away
Nothing left but air.

HopeHope is power

That can never go wrong

Hope is your love
Hope is your smile

That keeps me going a while

Hope is trust
Hope is believing whats said
Then having that all shattered
Hope is... dead.

BoundBound to be alone
For forever and a day
Bound to walk that loney road
That is always headed away

Bound to live for eternity
With nothing but broken dreams
Bound to remember false memories
Where nothing is ever as it seems

Bound to always want another's touch
Though its seemingly out of reach
Bound to want happiness or love
But always missing out on each

Bound to be trapped in this place
Stuck inside a cage in my own mind
Bound to long for death to come
For someone he can never find.

Harmful MemoriesCrimson rivers
Down my arm
Memories of her
Nothing but harm

Puddles at my feet
Growing slowly in size
The light of love
Disappering from my eyes

Metal clanging
As it hits the ground
Screaming loud
But making no sound

I slump over
Body falling to the floor
Not caring if my eyes
Open again anymore.

Heart of GlassBalanced precariously
On the head of a needle,
My heart of glass sits...

Waiting for the day
For you to come along,
And set it free...

Waiting for the day
When love is finally realized,
And the pieces are whole...

Waiting until that day
To be caressed by love,
To feel its warm embrace...

When you do come along
Will you let my heart of glass shatter,
Or will you be the one to save me?

Inspiring HeartbreakInspiration, when you think of it, in your mind's eye, what do you see?
Inspiration itself is meaningless, it is what inspires you that is key.
I take my inspiration from everywhere, anything I see.
I took my inspiration from love, and look how it repaid me.

I am now without a girlfriend, without a lover or a wife.
I don't see what I can do, or why I should live my life.
If only those horrible boys hadn't caused so much strife,
We'd still be together, we'd still live our life.

I said I loved you so much, you said you loved me too.
I said how long do you think we'll be together? You said that's up to you.
I smiled and said is

Small one.We all wear masks, all the time. But sometimes they leave marks behind. How easily you cry, the way you always lie. Who and how you talk to, and even what you do. Even when you take one off there's another one behind. No one ever sees a person's true face because we worry what we'll find.

Dead Man's GainI am so tired,
But I cannot sleep,
I wish to cry,
But I do not weep,
I am hungry,
But food won't come,
I wish to leave,
But I can't run.

I am trapped,
In a world so free,
I hate myself,
For being me,
Can't help but wish,
For no more pain,
For lifeless loss,
and dead man's gain.

A Life UnlivedI was the Town Poet,
Quill always in hand.
Did you even know it?
Too quiet to take a stand…

I lived to see the wonders,
Grew to make my own,
Loved a man with many blunders,
And watched, as away our birdies had flown…

I lived the life they said I would,
The life that they all pleased.
I lived the way they thought I should,
But they never saw me on my knees…

Always observant, writing my dreams,
But never did I commit…
I lived and loved, tried to belittle their schemes,
But I was belittled by my own wit.

Of course, I loved my life, and all it had to bring,
I died an old lady, warm in my bed.
My praises were

The moon is up
We can see
The darkness not a crushing thing
So walk with me
You'll be alright

You may find
The monsters know that you're divine

EdgeThe light is flickering inside your eyes
The voice is whispering inside your mind
I hear you snickering, but it's a lie
I know you're sick of it deep down inside
Those ashes burn away another year
And soon you perspirate and shake in fear
You always pin the blame where you hold dear
The time of your decay is drawing near

If I had to let you go
Would I let you know I'd be so
Undone that day and I will pray
For you to only tell me it's okay
Still I'm so afraid of what you'll tell me
Is time running out, are walls coming down
To your grave, half of six feet underground
Will the sky break open, will all you've stolen
Come crashing

Onto a broken soul, the weight of hatred fell,
He found only darkness as he made his way toward Hell

Fury of gods burned down on his back, he left his hope behind,

The Battle

Walking under a clear night sky,
Beneath all of the stars,
A war tears through my soul
Transforming me into the God Mars.

My anger surges forth,
As I strike down my foe,
I drop to a knee
Under the force of a mighty blow.

I strike again,
Rending his heart from his chest,
I reel back in agony...
Taking a moment to rest.

Suddenly reality sets in
And again I fall to a knee,
The realization that the enemy
Has always been me.
